The congress intends to adopt a manifesto to be signed by qualified colleagues and their academic institutions from the five continents to be presented by the Academic Network together with the AIDP and the SiDS to the European Union., The International Commission Against the Death Penalty, the Vienna Crime Commission and the Geneva Human Rights Council, as well as the Secretary General of the United Nations.
