Mireille Delmas Marty was elected to the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences in 2007, in the Moral and Sociology section, in the sofa 1, which was left vacant by the death of Jean Cazeneuve and which had been occupied by Alexis de Tocqueville. At the time of your choice, held the chair of Comparative Legal Studies and Internationalization of Law at the Collège de France, at the height of his creative work.
